Gaia Architects have been specialist advisers to New Gorbals Housing Association and Austin Smith Lord Architects on the delivery of 50 apartments on McNeil Street, where the objective has been to deliver on Gaia’s sustainability Framework for Laurieston.

Gaia assisted Fife Council Architects in developing the brief for a number of new schools.
